• Previously, I was a Service Desk Manager at Majid Al Futtaim, Riyadh (September 2021 — September 2022), where I managed a team of service desk agents and optimized service desk operations.

• I also served as the DOSI Manager at Majid Al Futtaim, Riyadh (July 2016 — September 2021), directing IT department activities and developing IT strategies to ensure secure management of the company's technology assets.

• As the IT Manager for Express Stores at Majid Al Futtaim, Riyadh (April 2014 — June 2016), I oversaw the IT aspects of opening new stores, including network setup and POS system integration.

Education:

I graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Systems from Tanta University, Egypt.
